Text Message Consent

By signing up for our service, you expressly consent to receive text messages from us at the phone number you provide. These messages include:

Message frequency varies based on your usage. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information Sharing

Your Bookkeeper/CPA - We share organized receipts, mileage logs, and financial documents with your bookkeeper or CPA, but only with your explicit permission and direction.

Payment Processor - Squarespace processes all payments securely. We never see or store your complete credit card information.

Service Providers - We use OpenPhone/Quo for business text messaging. They have access to message content as necessary to provide the service.

Legal Requirements - We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.

We will never:

  • Sell your personal information to third parties

  • Share your information for marketing purposes

  • Use your business information for our own benefit

  • Disclose your information without your consent (except as legally required)

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information:

  • Secure text messaging platform (OpenPhone/Quo)

  • Encrypted payment processing (via Squarespace)

  • Password-protected systems

  • Limited access to your information (only you and us)

  • Regular data backups

  • Active membership: For the duration of your subscription

  • After cancellation: Up to 4 years for tax and legal compliance purposes (TCPA statute of limitations)
