Do I need a bookkeeper to use this service?

Nope! We organize your records and send them to YOU every Friday. What you do with them is up to you:

  • Give them to your bookkeeper

  • Hand them to your CPA at tax time

  • Enter them into QuickBooks yourself

  • Keep them organized for your records

What do I get every Friday?

A clean spreadsheet with all your receipts categorized, a mileage log with dates and destinations, and a list of any projects we are tracking for you.

Everything organized and ready to use from the week before.

How do I send you my receipts?

Just text us a photo. That's it. We'll handle the rest.

What kind of project information can you track?

Anything you text us! Common examples:

When do you process my information?

We batch process throughout the week and deliver organized records every Friday by 5pm.

Do you respond to texts immediately?

We respond within 24-48 hours. This isn't a real-time chat service - we work on a weekly batch schedule so you get organized records without paying for 24/7 availability.

What if I have a bad week and forget to send receipts?

No problem. Just send them when you remember. We'll organize everything and include it in the next delivery.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your member portal.

What format do I get my records in?

Excel/Google Sheets spreadsheet. Easy to share, easy to import into most accounting software, easy to print for your records.

Do you work with QuickBooks/Xero/other software?

We send organized spreadsheets that work with most accounting software. Your bookkeeper or you can easily import the data wherever you need it.

I do my own taxes. Will this still help?

Absolutely. Having organized records all year makes tax time way easier. Plus you won't miss deductions because you lost receipts.

I only see my CPA once a year for taxes. Is this worth it?

Yes! Most people pay their CPA extra for "catch-up" work or organizing. If you show up with organized records, you save time and money.

We keep your records secure and delete them after 4 years. We don't sell your information or use it for anything except organizing your records.

Can I refer friends?

Yes! Get $20 credit per referral when they sign up (Available in member portal after signup.)

What if I lose my phone or change my number?

Just email us from your member portal. We'll update your contact info and you can keep using the service from your new number.

Do you handle personal expenses too?

We focus on business expenses only. Mixing business and personal makes taxes complicated - we help you keep them separate.

I have multiple businesses/income streams. Can you organize them separately?

Yes! Just note which business each receipt is for when you text it. We'll organize everything by business so your records stay clean.

What time zone are you in?

We work US business hours, but you can text us anytime 24/7. We'll process everything and respond within 24-48 hours.
